But underneath, you're tired of overthinking every decision, seeking reassurance, and putting yourself last. You know what you want. You just don't fully trust yourself to choose it. You're ready to stop waiting for certainty and start trusting yourself again.
The Framework
The Reclaim Method is the framework that guides our work together. Through three interconnected phases, Reveal, Rewire, and Reclaim, we uncover what's keeping you stuck, create new ways of relating to yourself, and build the self-trust to move forward with confidence.
This isn't a linear process. As new layers emerge, we'll return to each phase again and again, creating lasting change.
We begin by shining a light on the patterns, conditioning, and protective strategies that have been shaping your choices for years.
Together, we'll build awareness of your triggers, reconnect with your body's signals, and learn to distinguish between fear and inner knowing.
Because you can't change what you can't see.
You'll leave this phase with language for your patterns and a practical way to recognise them in real time.
Once we understand the patterns, we begin to change them by creating genuine safety in the nervous system and practising new ways of relating to yourself.
This is where boundaries become clearer, people-pleasing starts to loosen, and self-trust grows stronger.
This is where lasting change takes root.
This is where you act on what you already know. You stop waiting for certainty, seeking reassurance, or outsourcing your decisions. Instead, you start choosing yourself, again and again, because you trust yourself enough to do it.
This is where self-trust becomes a way of being, not just something you understand intellectually.
The commitment
How you decide, relate, and lead six months from now starts with the steps you take in these 12 weeks. This isn't a quick fix. It's an investment in the relationship you'll have with yourself for the rest of your life.
The work we do together doesn't end when the session does. It follows you into your relationships, your career, your future decisions, and the way you move through the world.
Common questions
This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about creating space for what matters. One hour a week, with support in between. When something comes up in real life, a difficult conversation, a boundary you need to set, a decision you're avoiding, you don't have to wait until the next session. We'll work with what's happening as it's happening.
