About Qanita

I built the life, and still felt like I was missing from it.

From the outside, everything looked right. Career. Relationships. A life that worked. Nothing was falling apart. But there was a quiet knowing I wasn't fully living the life I wanted. I was functioning. I wasn't thriving.

I was waiting for the next thing to create the feeling. The next achievement. The next milestone. The next version of myself. I kept believing that when I got there, I'd finally feel fulfilled, confident, or certain. But no matter what I accomplished, the feeling never lasted.

Because what I was searching for wasn't out there. It was my relationship with myself.

My story

The Turning Point

I spent years looking outside myself for answers. Saying yes when I wanted to say no. Waiting for someone else to tell me I was making the right decision. Looking for certainty before I trusted myself enough to act.

The truth is, I usually knew. I knew when something wasn't right. I knew when I was settling. I knew when I needed to make a change. But instead of trusting myself, I convinced myself to stay. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe things would change. Maybe if I tried harder, it would feel different. It rarely did. Every time I ignored that inner knowing, I moved further away from myself.

Eventually, I realised I wasn't missing confidence or clarity. I wasn't one breakthrough, achievement, or milestone away from feeling whole.

I was missing trust. Trust in myself.

"The turning point wasn't finding the answer. It was trusting what I already knew."

What changed wasn't my circumstances. It was my relationship with myself.

I stopped looking outside for permission. I learned to listen to my own voice, honour my needs, and trust my decisions. I went from saying yes when I meant no to protecting my time, my energy, and my word to myself.

Everything changed. Not overnight, but one decision at a time.

My approach

Coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

I don't do one-size-fits-all or quick fixes. We go deeper into the patterns, beliefs, behaviours, and protective strategies that shape how you relate to yourself, so change is real and lasting.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My work combines coaching, embodiment practices, and nervous system awareness through the Reclaim Method: Reveal. Rewire. Reclaim.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming back to who you already are.

Is this you?

From the outside, your life looks good.

You're capable, responsible, the person everyone relies on. Underneath, you're exhausted from second-guessing.

  • You know what you want, but struggle to trust yourself enough to choose it.
  • You seek reassurance before trusting your own instincts.
  • You know the boundary needs to be set, but guilt keeps you stuck.
  • You keep hoping that if you try harder, overthink less, or get one more opinion, you'll finally feel certain.

Deep down, you already know. You just don't fully trust yourself yet.

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Why this work matters to me

A woman who trusts herself becomes impossible to abandon.

I've seen what happens when women stop trusting themselves: they settle. They stay in relationships, jobs, and situations that no longer fit. They abandon their own needs to keep everyone else comfortable. They spend years looking outside for answers they already have.

I know because I've done it too.

And I've experienced what becomes possible when you start trusting yourself again. Decisions get clearer. You stop waiting for someone else to tell you what to do. You start honouring what you know to be true, even when it's uncomfortable.

Life starts to feel like yours again.

That's why this work matters to me. Because when a woman trusts herself, she stops settling for less than she deserves.

Ready to trust yourself again?

If you've spent years looking outside for answers, it might be time to listen to the voice that's been there all along.
